LOCATION
Our new headquarters will be located on Darlington Avenue, just off 51st Street, across from the Tandy YMCA and behind Meals on Wheels. It’s a convenient and community-centered site that reflects our values of accessibility, safety, collaboration, and care.
Safety
Our new office space will be a safe and welcoming place for children, families, volunteers, and staff.
Details
It includes a welcome desk, children’s play space, private interview room, and large conference room for staff and volunteer training.
Function
Additional space includes functional private staff offices, kitchen, break room, and storage areas.
Parking
Parking capacity nearly doubles, providing ample and accessible parking access for employees, volunteers, and families.
Flexibility
The custom designed space offers a flexible layout with expansion potential if needed for future growth.
Savings
The new facility is approx $6 per square foot per year ($60,000 annually), substantial savings compared to our current rent cost.

His leadership and expertise ensure our new home will be designed efficiently, beautifully, and with long-term sustainability in mind, all while achieving significant cost savings through in-kind professional support.
