BARTLESVILLE AREA DIRECTOR
Donna keffer
A proud Oklahoman and OSU alumna, Donna brings a diverse background in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, business development, and community engagement to our organization. Having served in leadership roles across the Bartlesville community, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and making a positive difference in the lives of others. Donna is excited to serve as Area Director for Bartlesville and help create lasting connections between Bigs and Littles.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves being involved in her community, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys!
REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Michael Stuemky
Michael is a dedicated advocate for Oklahoma’s youth and is thrilled to serve as the Regional Director of our Oklahoma City and Norman locations. He’s a proud Oklahoma native who grew up in Ponca City and has made Norman his home for more than 20 years. Before joining BBBSOK, Michael spent nearly a decade at Norman North High School teaching AP History, Leadership/Student Council, and co-sponsoring SPUD, the school’s student philanthropy initiative. He then served as the Oklahoma City Area Director for BBBSOK before returning to Norman to lead local efforts for youth mentorship.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family — from hiking in the mountains to playing golf, disc golf, and pickleball. Michael is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community he loves, working to create positive outcomes for youth and inspire hope in Norman.
STILLWATER AREA DIRECTOR
Sarah Kline
Sarah Kline recently joined BBBSOK in Stillwater, but has worked in the nonprofit sector for six years. She is an OSU Alum and is passionate about youth and families. She and her husband, Brian, met in Stillwater, and they are currently raising their three boys in the place their story began. Sarah enjoys reading, going to the movies, vacationing at the beach, and lots of family time. Her boys are active wrestlers and travel all over the country with the sport. You will find her at almost all OSU football and wrestling events.
TULSA AREA DirECTOR
Shane Smith
As a native Oklahoman and alumni of OSU, Shane brings 13 years of experience in nonprofit, higher education fundraising, and operations to BBBSOK. He is currently working on an MBA in Business Analytics at the University of Tulsa and looks forward to leading efforts that help match more Littles and Bigs to strengthen the mission across the Tulsa community. Outside of work, Shane loves spending time with his family, friends, partner, and animals. He's happiest outside or traveling somewhere new, and Saturdays in the fall are his favorite time of year. You'll find him in Stillwater for OSU football.
