BARTLESVILLE AREA DIRECTOR
Todd Edwards
Todd is thrilled to be our new Bartlesville Area Director. He’s been a resident in Bartlesville for 14 years and is eager to continue the great work of BBBSOK in his home town. His background as a business owner, project manager, and youth sports coach give him experience in bringing people together for positive change
In his free time, he enjoys photography and exploring new places with his family. He loves activities that remind him of the power of shared adventure and connection. These are values that he is excited to bring to BBBSOK and he looks forward to working with the Bartlesville community to further our mission, expand our reach, and make a meaningful difference for both Littles and Bigs in Washington County.
NORMAN AREA DIRECTOR
Michael Stuemky
Michael is a dedicated advocate for Oklahoma’s youth and is thrilled to serve as our Norman Area Director. He’s a proud Oklahoma native who grew up in Ponca City and has made Norman his home for more than 20 years. Before joining BBBSOK, Michael spent nearly a decade at Norman North High School teaching AP History, Leadership/Student Council, and co-sponsoring SPUD, the school’s student philanthropy initiative. He then served as the Oklahoma City Area Director for BBBSOK before returning to Norman to lead local efforts for youth mentorship.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family — from hiking in the mountains to playing golf, disc golf, and pickleball. Michael is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community he loves, working to create positive outcomes for youth and inspire hope in Norman.
OKC AREA DIRECTOR
Bailey McMahan
Bailey has lived all over the world, but was primarily raised in Oklahoma City. She loves relationship building and is excited to bring her passions to BBBSOK. She’s worked in the hospitality industry as an Executive Chef and Culinary Instructor. Her nonprofit experience at NewView and the American Cancer Society was mission focused on business development and fundraising. She is excited to take our Taste of OKC fundraising gala to the next level.
Bailey has an intense passion for cooking, and finds joy in creating environments that bring people together, regardless of background or belief, to share a table, a meal, a connection, and a conversation. She’s excited to work alongside our talented staff to surpass goals and expand our reach in the OKC metro community.
STILLWATER AREA DIRECTOR
Stephanie Fry
Stephanie has been a proud citizen of Stillwater for the past 19 years. Her nonprofit career has encompassed several community entities, including Member Services Director at the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Area Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters, followed by work with a think-tank and poverty initiative, Stillwater CARES. She and her husband were foster parents for 10 years, and in 2022, after adopting three boys from the foster care system, she returned to Big Brothers Big Sistersof Oklahoma to embrace her passion and focus her skills and energy on helping youth reach their full potential.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family. They volunteer at and attend LifeChurch. They also enjoy road trips to the beach, live theatre, and running 5Ks. Her favorite part of Big Brothers Big Sisters is meeting grown-up Littles and hearing how their lives were impacted by their Big. She believes there is no greater work than investing in the life of a child, and is excited to help set local youth on a path to a more successful future through mentoring.
TULSA AREA DIRECTOR
Abi Sutherland
Abi was born and raised in the Tulsa area and is a proud Oklahoma State University graduate with a major in Human Development and Family Science. She is passionate about empowering youth to overcome adversities and reach their full potential, resulting in a stronger society. Her primary goal is to continue expanding our program's reach to support even more children across the Tulsa area.
Outside of work, Abi enjoys spending time with her dog Archie, reading, solving puzzles, and judging boxing and MMA events.
